To keep LetsChow a trusted platform for food lovers, every restaurant that joins goes through a quick verification process. This helps us confirm you’re a real, physical food establishment — and gets your profile in front of hungry customers faster.

1. Register your account

Sign up at letschow.co.za/join and choose restaurant. You’ll get access to your dashboard straight away.

2. Complete your restaurant profile

Add your restaurant name, address, contact details, and a short description. The more complete your profile, the smoother the review. You must add your restaurant as soon as possible — incomplete profiles are automatically removed after a period.

3. Upload your logo and a photo

Adding a logo and at least one real photo of your restaurant significantly speeds up verification. It helps our team confirm you’re a legitimate, customer-facing establishment at a glance — no back and forth needed.

4. Our team reviews your submission

We manually review each application to verify that your establishment meets our eligibility criteria — a real, physical location open to the public. We may reach out via email if we need additional information.

5. You’re live on LetsChow

Once approved, your profile goes live and you can start adding deals for your customers to discover. You’ll receive a confirmation email when you’re approved.Profile goes live

Speed up your verification

Add a real photo of your restaurant. Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your storefront, dining area, or kitchen. This instantly confirms you have a physical premises and is the single biggest thing you can do to get approved faster.

Upload your logo. A branded logo shows you’re an established business. Even a simple, clean logo makes a difference — it helps your profile look professional and builds trust with customers from day one.

Use your exact trading address. Make sure the address you enter matches your physical premises exactly. A P.O. Box or residential address will result in your application being declined.
