These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Let’s Chow website and or other platform applications (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Let’s Chow (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Let’s Chow offers paid subscription plans to restaurants for listing and promoting deals and individuals for viewing and using the aforementioned restaurant deals. By subscribing:

  • You agree to the fees, billing cycles, and terms listed at checkout.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription fees with prior notice.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made during an active billing period.
  • Access to premium features will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Restaurant-specific inaccuracies, such as pricing, availability, or offers.
  • Service interruptions or data loss caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Third-Party Content

We may display content, promotions, or links from third parties (e.g., restaurants). We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of such content and are not responsible for any transactions or experiences you have with these third parties.

9. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, especially if you violate our Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these Terms. Any disputes will be resolved via the necessary and correct channels.
